Subjects covered include an introduction to trade unionism, teachers' terms and condition, the role and rights of NASUWT School Representatives (including working with school management), and trade union organising and recruitment. This course is also an ideal opportunity to meet other NASUWT members and exchange ideas and share experiences with each other.
