My caseworkers were always punctual, organised and extremely hard working. I could call C at any time and she was always available to talk to me and help with any concerns. C was exemplary in devastating and depressing times when I would most probably have left work for good.

During times when I really did not want to keep going in this world I found C to be a life support. I am now back at work and C has now become a valuable friend.

I am very happy to speak of the excellent support and guidance supplied by the NASUWT.

I decided to take voluntary redundancy at the school where I worked, earlier this year, on the basis of the information offered by Northumberland County Council and Governors.

Many changes were made during the process, resulting in huge anxiety and uncertainty about the very important and difficult decision I had made. Fortunately, the constant and reassuring involvement and intervention of NASUWT meant I could count on accurate and expert advice at such a difficult time.

Ultimately, the NASUWT helped me secure the original promises and financial package offered. I will be eternally grateful for the hard work and commitment (often after working hours) shown by the NASUWT in helping me to reach a successful outcome.

I cannot recommend the NASUWT highly enough for their support and reassurance at what have been the most difficult times of my life.  Just hearing the calm, reassuring voice and wise words made such a difference to me, when I was at rock bottom. Thanks to my NASUWT caseworker, I am now back at work and feel I can move on with life in a positive manner.
