About the Event
- Proposed changes to the cost control mechanism in the UK Teachers' Pension Schemes, which will determine what will happen if teachers' pension benefits fail to reach the Government's target level or exceed the Government's target level;
- Proposed changes to the methodology for setting the SCAPE Discount Rate, which determines the level of employer contributions to teachers' pension benefits;
- Legislation which the Government has introduced into Parliament to implement the McCloud remedy, including the timescales for the implementation of the remedy.
